- Real Avid ships product to all 50 states via UPS mail innovations or rush delivery via UPS 2nd day air or 3 day select. Standard flat rate shipping can take from 5-7 business days to arrive at a location in the continental US. International shipments are processed via IDS and can be expected to arrive in 3-6 weeks from the time the order was placed. Rush shipping costs are calculated by shipment size, delivery location, method used, and handling. All tracking information will be available upon shipment of order and can be tracked on UPS.com/USPS.com respectively or via the Real Avid site if you are a registered customer.
- Privacy & Security
- All transactions and personal information are stored on secure servers and take place through SSL secure channels. Real Avid is PCI compliant and does not store full credit card information on site for transactions that take place on the website. Real Avid will never share or sell personal or financial information with or to any third party organizations.
- Returns & Replacements
- If a product is damaged upon arrival please contact us at info@realavid.com with a digital photograph of the damage. We will accept the return and will replace the product as soon as possible. If the product is damaged during use please consult the warranty information that was included with the product on how to proceed. Real Avid stands behind the quality of all its products and expects top performance for you as the customer. - We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. Real Avid does accept debit card transactions. Check and money orders are accepted on a case by case basis. In order to pay using this method please contact us at 763-591-1621 or info@realavid.com. We do not process shipments until payment is received in full.
- Pricing & Promotions
- Pricing is subject to change at any time according to Real Avid MSRPs. Real Avid does run occasional promotions in magazines or through other media channels. All promotional offers are time sensitive and are only offered while supplies last. If the promotion is no longer offered, we apologize, but the stock set aside for the promo must have sold out.
